There will be no returns. Please do not send your purchase back to us for any reason.
Soaps and skin care products are types of goods that are exempt from being returned.
Upon delivery, please open your package and inspect the goods for damage. Refunds will require a receipt of purchase and a clear photo of the damaged item(s), and you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery.
If there are any obvious signs of use, there will be no refund.
We will notify you through email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund will consist of the price of the purchased goods and will not include shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 1-2 weeks, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept exchanges. If you received a damaged item, you may be eligible for a refund (see above). You are welcome to place a separate order if you wish.
